Cancel My Learn to Swim Lessons

Please note - 

All memberships remain suspended until Wednesday 30 June inclusive. All memberships and swim school will be placed on free suspension for the duration of this time. Payments will be adjusted in line with the closure period and any missed lessons.

Members who wish to attend the facilities prior to this date may do so by reactivating their membership.

Please read the following and acknowledge agreement by clicking submit to complete a cancellation request below: 

  1. If you are currently enrolled in Direct Debit you may cancel your active membership by giving 14 days written notice to the Centre staff at the Centre you attend.  Written notice can be provided by completing a membership alteration (cancellation form) at reception, or by completing the below electronic form. (During declared pandemic events (Covid-19) this notice period will be reduced and we will credit family accounts for future lessons not attended. Upfront Term payers will also be allowed to cancel with minimum notice during this time. The $30 join fee will be waived upon return to lessons. We will endeavour to cancel your membership at the earliest possible convenience. Please note we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel a membership if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided before a direct debit).
  2. We will communicate with you to confirm when your cancellation request has been processed.
