▼ Important Health Club Information:

We have implemented the following preventative measures to help keep our members and community safe: 

  • Cleaning: Our gyms will be thoroughly cleaned between each gym session. A deep clean of the gyms will occur once a day. We will ensure cleaning stations around the gym are fully stocked at all times with disinfectant and paper towel for patrons to wipe down equipment after use.
  • Water bottles: For our patron’s safety all water taps are turned off, please remember to bring a filled water body to sessions. 
  • Masks: As required by Victorian Government guidelines masks must be worn at all times whilst entering and leaving the facility. Masks are recommended to be worn whilst doing light exercise and stretching. Masks may be removed for strenuous workouts. A mask must cover your nose and mouth.
  • Floor-based Exercises/Stretching: We have removed porous items off the gym floor, which includes exercise mats. Floor-based exercises and stretching is permitted in the gym on your own mat. Our staff can provide a floor-based exercise and/or stretching program upon request for patrons to take home if you prefer.
  • Distancing: All equipment will be available for use aside from every second piece of cardio equipment to allow for space between patrons.
  • Towels: Each patron must bring a towel to each gym session. Staff can refuse entry if a patron does not have a towel. Gym towels can be purchased at reception for a small fee.

A compact gym that packs all the punch of our other Active Monash gyms. Our cardio area has everything you need to increase your fitness, with treadmills, bikes, x-trainers, steppers, rowers and more.

Our strength area features a four bay lifting frame, so you can complete all your big lifts. You also have access to all the popular pin loaded and plate loaded machines, to ensure you are constantly challenged.

The gym overlooks our indoor pools with glimpses outside to the leafy Clayton surrounds.

Our Equipment:

  • Cardio machines: 30 cardio machines including; treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, ergo’s, rowers and more. 
  • Weight machines: 12 plus squat racks and bench press
  • Free weights area:  Fully equipped Strength training area including premium quality Nautilus Weights machines and Cables. Ample floor space including 6 free weight benches with dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50 kg. Large racking on the gym floor which allows a massive variety of strength and functional training opportunities, including TRX suspension training. Barbells and weight plates in a range of different weights caters for beginners up to advanced. 
  • Stretching Area:  a large number of stretching mats, Swiss balls, foam rollers and bands to ensure you have everything you need to keep yourself mobile and feeling great.  
  • Other features:  All members have access to Lifestyle Consultations and reassessments with a Personal Trainer who will use Green e-Desk or Exercise Pro programs to ensure your program is effective and easy to understand. A digital and hard copy of the programs will always be on hand with all relevant information and visual representations of exercises to make it easier than ever to track progress and ensure you reach your goals.
