Due to current restrictions, all members and guests are required to bring your own exercise mat, water bottle and gym towel to relevant group fitness classes.

Please note - Bookings can only be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.

How to Book 

▼ How to Book - Existing Customers

1. Visit the My Account log-in page.

Please note - All existing customers and multi-visit pass holders are required to reset your password before accessing online bookings for the first time.
Follow the prompts in email to reset your password.
*We recommend using a desktop browser for full functionality.



2. Once logged into your account, go to ‘book online’ and select your relevant session.





3. Choose the session type, day and time to book. If the “book” button is orange, it is unavailable to book.


4. Confirm your booking dates and times. Enter card details and process payment. You are unable to cancel or change your booking once processed. 



5. Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with the booking calendar invite and attendance details.


▼ How to Book - New Customers

1. Find your preferred session on our website. Select the “green” book to login/ register button.  

*We recommend using a desktop browser for full functionality.




2. You will be presented with the option to sign in or ‘create an account’.  You need to create an account and select a location to register. Note: You only need to register at one location.  

3. Enter your contact details, your email address will be your login email.


Note: If you receive a message; ‘We have detected that you already have an account, you will now be re-directed’ please follow the existing customer instructions above.

4. Once all required information is completed for your account setup, click register to finalise your account.

5. Proceed to login using the email and password you entered, and follow the existing customer steps to make your session booking.

6. Congratulations! You will now have access to My Account to view availability and make all bookings. 


▼ How do I view my session bookings?

You can view bookings in My Account from your ‘Home’ screen.  This will show you your last attendance and a section called ‘Manage Upcoming Bookings’ where a list of your current bookings will be visible.  Only bookings for the current Centre logged in as will be displayed.  To view bookings at other sites you will need to visit your My Account for the other centre.  



▼ How do I cancel my session booking?

Members and Multi-Visit Pass customers can cancel bookings through ‘My Account’. You can cancel a session booking through the ‘Manage upcoming Bookings’ on your homepage providing it’s within the acceptable timeframe for cancellations as per the booking terms and conditions. Click on the magnifying glass and select cancel booking.  

Multi-Visit pass holders will be credited back the session if the session is cancelled 30 minutes prior to the booking. 




Casual customers will need to email [email protected] to request cancellation and to receive a refund or complimentary pass.  Again, notice must be received within the acceptable timeframe for cancellations as per the booking terms and conditions.
