RESULTS sessions involve exercising in a fun, social environment. Small group training means trainers spend more time with you, checking technique and pushing you throughout the session.

BATTLE FIT - Fast paced midday session featuring a variety of cardio and resistance training. Max. 12 participants.
BOX HIIT - High energy combination of boxing, cardio and resistance training.
FIT - High intensity workout featuring functional movements, using a variety of strength and conditioning equipment. Max. 12 participants.
FIT & STRONG - Periodised strength training focused on compound movements, followed by a high intensity workout. Max. 8 participants.
SUSPENSION - Innovative and intensive body weight training using our TRX suspension systems.
