I am currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) at Deakin University. In 2009 I was the cross-country captain of St Kevin's College where I first experienced leading others in the fitness industry. After school I studied to be a PT at the Australian Fitness Academy where I was awarded the 'Most Outstanding Graduate' of 2013. I began working as a PT with Monash in 2013 and was fortunate enough to win the 'Active Monash Personal Trainer of the Year' in 2016. I hope to work with professional athletes or teams after graduating uni in 2018.

More about me:
Feeling and functioning better is my motivation for staying fit. I run regularly and train for strength in the gym. My favourite exercises are the big 3 lifts combined with callisthenics movements. I play football for St Kevin's Old Boys and enjoy tennis and golf.
