My Experience:

My first gym experience was in high school while playing football for the local club in Mt Beauty. We all went for a session at the gym in order to try and teach everyone how to lift correctly to gain some general strength. This resulted in all the boys trying to see who can lift the most. For the next week, nearly everybody in the team couldn't straighten their arms due to incredible soreness after lifting so much too early in our training. I NEVER wanted this to happen again!!

During my time at the University of Ballarat, I Majored in Rehab because I love to help people with different injuries. I have been working in the industry for around 4 years as a personal trainer but I still love the Rehab and Prehab side of fitness and recovery. I worked at a strength training and rehab facility called Kieser for a time who specialise in Chronic Back Pain which taught me to uses my knowledge in a practical and clinical setting.

Why should you train with me?

During my time studying Exercise and Sports Science, I developed a wide range of training techniques to help everybody's individual needs. One of my main focuses at Uni was Rehab. Went learnt how to rehab Knees, Shoulders, Hips, Backs and Necks so I am confident I will be able to help with most injuries to prescribe the best program possible.

More about me:

I became a PT because I love to help people. Whether it be general fitness, Rehab or even Sport Specific training. People who have the confidence to come to the gym who genuinely want to better themselves really inspire me. If I can help facilitate that in any way then that's just a bonus!

My favourite way to stay fit is to balance between a good diet and a good exercise regime. I love to lift heavy weights and do a lots functional training exercises to focus on the whole body and a strong kinetic chain.
