I have been a Personal Trainer for over 9 Years. I have spent many years specialising in Women's Fitness. Having lost over 30kg myself after having my 3 children I have helped many women to do the same. I have helped many clients from beginners to advanced achieve their goals and I love to help with toning and weight loss. I am a very keen runner and love to help people to achieve their own running goals.

More about me:
I put on 30 kg having 3 kids and decided that I needed to do something about it. That was 15 years ago that I lost the weight and I have kept it off, not through fancy tricks or fads but by getting into good habits with exercise and nutrition. This is something that I can help my clients with. I love all sorts of exercise. I am a keen runner, and members will also see me swimming in the pool, doing Pump, Spin, Yoga, or Balance classes.
