WHY are you training and WHAT achieving those goals will mean to you?!? I want to cultivate a population of informed, inspired people who understand how to reconnect to their bodies and guide them towards the healthiest, strongest and free version of themselves that they can be.

As a professional dancer maintaining a healthy, physically strong, fit and fully mobile body at a peak performance level of fitness that can endure the rigours of 8-12 shows per week involves massive dedication knowledge and work! Being able to filter that knowledge through to my clients is a very rewarding experience, no matter what the individual's goals may be.
